Fine metal artist Albert Kellam Doughty Jr. of Hog Island Creations creates one-of-a-kind original metal sculptures welded, pounded and ground to shape from raw steel material. His metal creations, ranging from single small objects (clams and oysters) to his full-size depiction of a pine branch, draw upon the Eastern Shore rural settings for inspiration. Most pieces are inspirations of the sea, the land and historical and cultural bits of life.
