Stay with us and enjoy a historical hotel with all the modern touches you could think of. Rooms have either a king or queen bed with luxury linens, vintage wood floors with oriental rugs and private bathrooms with custom built marble topped vanities. Every detail was carefully chosen to provide guests with a unique and memorable beach experience. Maximum occupancy is 2 per room. Children 8 and older are welcome. Room 5 is ADA compliant. A two night minimum is required April-October and for weekend stays throughout the year. Three nights are required on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends.
Though the Northampton Hotel was built in the early 1900’s, a three year renovation, completed in 2018, included the addition of a designated handicapped parking space, ramps, accessible bathrooms, and an elevator.
