The birding and wildlife trail at The Nature Conservancy’s Brownsville Preserve offers a round-trip hike of 3 ½ miles featuring wooded uplands, meadows, ponds and salt marsh creeks. Please park at the trail head, and help yourself to a trail guide from the kiosk there. A downloadable audio companion can be found at www.nature.org/vcr. Please keep in mind that the facilities are at the end of the trail, and remember to pack water, bug spray, etc. Cyclists and leashed dogs are welcome.
